Anne is an Applied Social Psychologist, which involves the study of how normal people work and interact in business and other social environments. She trained at the graduate level to take the social psychology theories and apply them in practical ways in the business world.

•Transformed former education department into a well respected “organization development and education” department that is highly effective in helping the organization address issues related to the human side of re-engineering
•As a respected member of the Senior Management Team, had overall responsibility for developing an effective change plan to transform the organizational culture
•Worked side by side with re-engineering teams to ensure all the people issues were addressed - from communicating about the change to outlining how everyone needed to change their behaviours to ensure changes could be implemented effectively.
•Led hospital to develop multi-media training curriculum that was directly aligned to the competencies outlined in the new re-engineered roles for hospital workers. Curriculum was based on the principles of self-directed learning and complimented by interactive group exercises and on-the-job feedback

•Responsible for marketing services of Mainstream Access to the Southern Ontario region
•Responsible for internal quality control of all provided services
•Provided leadership to rest of national team in both the obtaining of large business accounts and the development of research systems that could be used throughout Canada
