Building Resilience TO CHange

Program Details

This program spans 2 half-day sessions and will take place in August. Through this course you will learn:

  • 10-point strategy for change management. If any of these elements are missing (and often they are), then the risk of delay or failure will be increased.

  • Learn the difference between change and transition, the 3 stages of transition and the transition curve.

  • Receive coaching on how to act and what to do during a change or transition and how to overcome the marathon effect.

  • Discover the Change Formula and other tools to overcome resistance to change.

  • Learn how to understand and respond to the proposed change and create a local implementation strategy.
