  • Change and transition.

  • 5P’s; resistance to change.

  • Conflict and management styles to resolve issues.

Module 5 | Dealing with Difficult People.

  • Dealing with difficult people. 18 reasons people don’t do what they should and what to do about that.

  • Situational leadership revisited.
