Module 2 | Building & Coaching Teams : How to build a high performance team. 10 Characteristics of high-performance teams. Consensus building approach to influencing others. Delegating and dealing with dissenting perspectives. Coaching team members; feedback, expectations, accountability.
Module 3 | Motivation: Working with all types of people. Exploring 8 motivators. Adjusting personal style to get the best out of people.
Module 4 | Conflict & Change: Change and transition. 5P’s; resistance to change. Conflict and management styles to resolve issues.
Module 5 | Dealing with Difficult People: Dealing with difficult people. 18 reasons people don’t do what they should and what to do about that. Situational leadership revisited.
